Step 1: Install the Flagpole Base
Under normal circumstances, the base of the flagpole is placed in front of the building, and the construction can be carried out according to the drawings. Cooperate with the flagpole installer to complete the construction to ensure the quality of the project.
After the location of the flagpole is determined, the construction crew needs to separate the entire location. The soil and stone at the construction site are excavated first, and then filled with concrete. In order to ensure that the foundation is firm and level, a steel mesh is laid underneath to prepare for the concrete pouring of the flagpole pedestal, and prepare according to the designed shape.
Step 2: Installation of embedded parts
The workers responsible for the installation of the flagpole should place the embedded parts of the flagpole according to their positions, and fix them well. The flanges of the embedded parts should be left to the bottom, and then the construction personnel should pour concrete into the holes.
Step 3: Debugging after installation
After the concrete poured on the flagpole pedestal is fixed, and then start the installation of the flagpole, the whole flagpole must be in a line. To ensure the installation quality of the flagpole, there is a device that can be debugged at the chassis position of the flagpole. After the installation and commissioning of the flagpole, the contractor confirms the acceptance.
