The anti-collision energy of the bollards is actually its ability to absorb the impact force of the vehicle. The impact force is proportional to the weight and speed of the vehicle itself. The other two factors are the material of the bollards and the thickness of the columns.
One is materials. Some factories will use welded pipes to save costs in the future, and some enterprises will use cheap materials in order to gain price advantages. In order to ensure the anti-collision performance, we use 304 stainless steel seamless tube with high cost to extend the service life. Although the appearance is the same, the quality is not the same.
The thicker the column wall, the better the anti-collision ability of the bollards. For example, the anti-collision ability of 6mm thick is worse than that of 10mm. We use the thickened material, from all aspects to ensure the high strength of the anti-collision performance.
